You can purchase real estate in Japan using cash from your home country. I will provide full support to ensure smooth payments for the contract deposit, settlement balance, fire insurance, property taxes, and all related expenses.

Property Management

If you purchase a property as a second house, we can also provide property management services even after the handover. Since property tax is billed annually, our company can act as your tax administrator to ensure proper payment.
